I have spent many months testing my candles in order to perfect them with the best scent throw and wick size. I hope you love them and I want you to be completely happy with what you’ve purchased. I pride myself on creating products of a high quality so, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me to discuss your concerns.  

If you are unfamiliar with my fragrances, please read the fragrance notes to get a good idea of what you are purchasing in terms of fruitiness, floral, etc.

Please read and follow our burning instructions and tips in candle care before burning your candle. If, after following these, you find your candle encounters damage such as glass cracking or a similar defect, please contact me to arrange a replacement product or refund.

I do however understand that it is hard to buy a scent online, so if you receive your product and decide it’s not for you, I will happily offer a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping) on items returned within 30 days of purchase. Products will need to be in original, un-used condition and return shipping will be at your own expense. Once your product has been returned and approved, your refund will be processed within 2 working days.

Unfortunately, there will be no refunds or exchange on sale or discontinued stock. If you find your product is damaged upon receipt, please contact me immediately.
